Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions (no returns accepted):

• Custom / special orders.

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
